Hi, I need someone to manage my airbnb properties. You would need to: -Reach out to guests via sms to find out their eta. -pre inspect apartment before guests arrive to act as second pair of eyes to cleaner -meet guests outside when they arrive -help bring in luggage up the stairs (2 flights) -show them the apartment (keys, wifi, tv, et cetera) -answer any questions guests may have Applicant must: -know the city like back of your hand. -flexible schedule. Some check-ins happen in the morning, others at night, some midday. -be friendly, hospitable, quick communication response time. -handyman experience (able to plunge a toilet, change a light bulb, fix faulty wifi, run a snake down a drain.) -trustworthy (willing to have background check done) This is a great gig for young, fit, creative types. My other assistant is a writer who works on his projects while waiting for guests. Pays under the table. In response, please include a blurb about yourself. No need for resume.
