Hi I'm Mikiya, thank you for stopping by! I'm a session drummer in NYC. I've been playing drums for more than 20 years and toured several times across the united states with Dylan Doyle Band. I also work with different artists at various venues in the city. So please don't hesitate and reach out quick if you're interested! I’m available for online lessons but if you prefer in-person lessons in the city please let me know! We can dive into all different aspects of drumming like technique, groove, fills, soloing, song-learning, etc. First lesson will be free of charge. We will talk a little bit and get to know each others, discuss what you would like to work on in the lesson. I'll try to find a one thing that can really help you improve during the first lesson.
