Crooked Stave would like to invite you to our FOCO taproom for a night of spontaneity.
Kevin Ritter, our Sensory and Operations Specialist, will lead you through the historical background of Spontaneous beers including how these beers have evolved to our beers of today. We will also discuss Crooked Stave’s technique and microflora specifics while we taste some of our spontaneous line-up. The class lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
