Before Mass Save insulates the 20’ x 40’ attic of our colonial, we need the mold remediated (wiped down w/ bleach). Since there’s little ventilation in our attic, you must have experience with this kind of work and wear full PPE including having the correct cartridges for your respirator. Please provide a flat rate quote or hourly rate – if you don’t provide a number I won’t respond. I’ll pay cash immediately on job completion. Verifiable Mass HIC Lic. # preferred.
