Join us for an HCA and CNA Test Prep Day in Tacoma Who is this course for? Answer: for caregivers who have completed their HCA or CNA program. What will the course cover? This class is an opporutnity to have extra practise to prepare for an upcoming Skills or Knowledge Exams. What should I expect from the day? The day will be divided into two major sections: (1) knowledge/written/oral practice , and, (2) reviewing hands on skills (topics listed below). SECTION 1: What will you cover in the Knowledge Practice? 10:15am-12:30pm -Review sample questions asked on the exam -Presented with a mock client scenario and answer relevant follow up questions ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LUNCH BREAK: 12:30-1:00pm ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SECTION 2: What will you cover in the Skills Practice? 1:00pm-4:00pm Attendees will be able to work in a simulated/mock scenarios and given immediate feedback -PPE fitting -Hand Hygiene -Bed Bath, Foot and Denture/Oral Care -Dressing, Feeding -Peri and Catheter Care -Vitals, Input/Output Do I have to come to both?
