Who’s ready for some summer fun? We are! June is National Great Outdoors Month, and we’re unofficially declaring Saturday, June 11, 2022, as SecondActWomen in the Great Outdoors Day! Let’s make this national (or even global) day of outdoor fun shall we! Grab your gaggle of girlfriends or other SecondActers get outdoors on June 11 and do something fun. You could go hiking, biking, climbing, canoeing, SUP’g, or whatever piques your interest but get outdoors and make it an adventure. Outside Colorado! We have community members from California to NYC and Florida getting their friends together – and you, for the day. If you’re in their neck of the woods, reach out to them inside our SecondActWomen Facebook group. Don’t see your city listed? Become a local organizer and be the reason women come together in your city. After all, life is always better with friends, so grab a few, and let’s goooooo! Colorado women! We’re heading to Evergreen Lake for a day of paddle boarding, canoeing, hiking, and good ol' fashioned lounging around with amazing women from this community (and our pooches). For those joining us in Colorado, we’re meeting at Evergreen Lake House no later than 9 am because several of us are paddle boarding and want to beat the crowd.
