AES Colorado Section presents an evening of critical listening and learning about different types of near field studio monitors Join the next AES Colorado Section meeting at Colorado Sound Studios for an evening of critical listening and learning about different types of near field studio monitors. We will start the meeting with a brief presentation on near field studio monitor designs by Doug Greenlee (Sound Kinetics). Following will be an opportunity for critical listening in one of Colorado Sound's control rooms (two people at a time), and then a group discussion to compare listening notes. In-person attendance is limited to 20 people to allow ample time for listening, but the presentation and discussion portions will be livestreamed to include those who are not able to attend in person.
