Established NYC songwriter/band leader seeking album/show players

I've been playing around NYC and other East Coast mid-level venues for twenty years, put out several albums solo and with my band—a genre-diverse Americana-leaning group of fluctuating membership. I recorded and released an album in 2020-21 with them most recently and have a new batch of songs in the hopper that I'm eager to get going through rehearsals, shows, and then recording for the new album. I'm not entirely sure if this will be under the same "and the" band name as these things evolve organically, but I am definitely very interested in finding musicians who are both skilled and playful to collaborate with on arrangements. What I can promise you is a really good musical time with a fair split of whatever the proceeds may be. I'm not ageist, racist, sexist, or genderist, and we won't be playing any Trump rallies.
