Time and Materials Tap House, Bellingham, Washington. 20+ local designers presenting their collections of upcycyled wearables from vintage ready-to-wear, trashion, niche industry waste, and more. An artistic delivery in how we can divert textile waste from the landfill. A social gathering supporting TOWARD ZERO WASTE. Doors open at 5:30pm. DJ Kraymer Gdot Show starts at 7pm.
