Join Slow Food Cincinnati for a Slow Food-Ed class on natural vegetable fermentation with The Pickled Pig. Cincinnati favorite and a Slow Food Cincinnati Snail of Approval winner, The Pickled Pig, will lead a two hour workshop on natural vegetable fermentation. Class includes all ingredients, jar for fermenting, a boxed lunch, and information and expertise from Gary, owner of The Pickled Pig.
