Grace will manage residential property, both single and multi-family for individual and portfolio owners, as well as transact using her Delaware and Pennsylvania real estate licenses. Grace comes to Emory Hill with over 16 years of experience in real estate brokerage and property management. She has successfully managed portfolios including single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties. She has extensive experience in portfolio management, financial reporting, and the successful management of tenant and owner relationships. Prior to joining Emory Hill, she worked with a local property management firm as an Executive Property Manager. Grace is an investor herself with a portfolio of over 16 single-family properties. Grace earned a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, her MBA from Hood College, and holds an Advanced Negotiation Certificate from the University of Notre Dame.
