Price: $20 per person Energy healing, such as Reiki, can allow deep healing to take place in one’s spiritual, emotional, mental and physical bodies. It can help one feel at ease, release tension, promote relaxation, promotes focus and much more. You will need a yoga mat, at least two blankets, a pillow for head support and whatever else will make you feel as comfortable as possible during your session.
