Press release from the Suffolk County District Attorney: May 23, 2022 BOSTON, May 23, 2022—Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hayden today released the final investigative findings and case files of two officer-involved shooting incidents—Kasim Kahrim (2/22/2019, Roxbury) and Oscar Ventura-Gonzalez (8/14/2019, Revere). In the investigations into the death Kahrim, Hayden's office reviewed and confirmed the findings of former District Attorney Rachael Rollins. In the investigation into the death of Ventura-Gonzalez, Hayden's office conducted the investigation and determined the findings.
