Rehoming small dog/terrier mix

We have to rehome our small terrier mix due to issues with our other dog and moving. She is about five years old and very sweet and loving. She is a very calm dog that likes to be laying down most of the time. She loves to cuddle with you on the couch and watch TV. She will nuzzle you for attention in the most adorable way. She would be great for an elderly person or anyone who needs a calm companion dog for their mental health. She doesn’t do well with cats, but does well with most dogs. She is reactive while walking, and she is scared of a lot of things, but has improved with some training. She is wire haired, and she does shed. She was previously diagnosed with a heart arrhythmia, but the vet has said recently they don’t hear it anymore. She is crate trained and will come with a kennel.
