Come early - Doors open at 7:15 AMGuest Speaker: Frank Kelly III, CEO, KELLYFrank Kelly III serves as CEO of Kelly Benefits, Kelly Benefits Payroll, and Kelly Integral Solutions, which are headquartered in Sparks, Maryland. Frank joined the business his parents founded in 1976, full-time in 1986, and today leads the Kelly Benefits entities with his brothers John, David, and Bryan. Since Frank was named President in 1994 and CEO in 2007, the business has grown from a corporate client base of 1,000 to more than 10,000, and annualized premium and payroll administered have risen from $20 million to over $4 billion. Today, the nearly 500 People of Kelly Benefits have led the business to be recognized as one of the largest independent benefits brokers and consultants, and integrated benefits and payroll administrators in the country. Frank is often asked what it is like to work with three brothers and his parents in a growing family business. Frank usually replies that “nine out of ten days, it is great.” Frank plans to share a few stories about that tenth day, and the challenges, joys, and realities of working in a family business, or any business organization for that matter. Frank is a graduate of Cornell University, where he played football and lacrosse. He played several years of professional lacrosse, and his sons and nephews have played lacrosse at various Division I universities and professionally as well. Frank has also been very involved in the community locally, nationally, and around the world through great organizations like CBMC, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and World Vision. Frank and his wife Gayle are the proud parents of four children, two beautiful daughters-in-law and a grandson named Quin.
