EAST HAVEN, CT — East Haven Police Department Traffic Enforcement Unit Supervisor Sgt. Joe Mulhern trained some of the department's "newer officers" in laser and speed enforcement techniques. "Speeding is one of our biggest quality of life issues, and we will be out in full force this summer monitoring our roadways," police said.
