Get ready to get your sweat on in Center City! We’ve partnered with longtime pals barre3 Rittenhouse to bring you a FREE weekly full body, balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. barre3 has a physical studio located on the corner of 15th and Sansom Streets and they are excited to bring barre3 outdoors to Commerce Square for a summer pop-up series. All you need is yourself, a yoga mat, and a water bottle. You’re also welcome to bring a set of light hand-held weights, though it is not required. Class runs 10 consecutive Tuesdays starting May 10th --- registration encouraged, but not required.
