3 CEU Credits During this workshop, we will identify implicit and explicit biases, the limitations of a bias, and the impact biases have. Course Description: What are our biases? According to the fair housing rights we cannot discriminate on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, family status or disability. We've all been in situations where discrimination is present, and as New Hampshire real estate agents you must be aware of your biases, both explicit and implicit. What biases are you most aware of on a daily basis? What biases are you not aware of on a daily basis? By understanding our biases we're able to understand the impacts they have on others. In this 3-hour workshop we will identify implicit and explicit biases, the limitations of a bias, and the impact biases have on who we are, and on others. The objective of the course is to give you tools on how to navigate these challenges so that you can be the best New Hampshire real estate agent to all people regardless of their identity.
