Looking for an individual with decent experience with building maintenance and groundskeeping with a potential possibility for eventual training for maintenance manager. Must have valid California driver's license and personal automobile insurance and willing to run errands occasionally.
Background check performed. Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to work Saturday thru Wednesday 8 am to 4 pm with an hour lunch and on call Saturday and Sunday. Responsible to open and close the facility on Saturday and Sunday. 35+ hrs per week at $22 per hour.
Must live in the South San Jose area due to on-call reasons.
$450 towards Health and dental benefits included after 60 days.
