We are looking for a part time to full time janitor/maintenance person to take care of our building. Spanish speaking OK. Responsibilities: *Clean and supply designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning exterior, restroom cleaning etc.) *Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects *Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs *Make adjustments and repairs *Stock and maintain supply rooms *Cooperate with the rest of the staff *Follow all health and safety regulations Skills: *Working knowledge of general building maintenance preferred *Ability to lift up to 50 pounds *Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with reliable transportation *Professional in demeanor and appearance *Integrity and ability to work independently This company is a small Machine Shop and will have various duties including operating machinery (we will train you). If you work good a full time position will be offered Background checks will be performed for final candidates
