Day Time Porter Position Available Commercial Cleaning Looking to hire for San Francisco & Mountain View location compensation: $22.00 an Hour Employment type: full time Hours: TBD Monday-Friday Responsibilities: Ensure offices are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, wiping down desks, dusting, Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets. Scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks and restock disposables (soap, paper towels, etc.) Report major damages. Secure facilities after operating hours by locking doors, closing windows and setting up the alarm. Occasionally Disinfect and deep clean facilities. Requirements: Must have reliable transportation, Proven experience as porter, custodian, janitor or in a similar role Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components Attention to detail Good physical condition and strength Must speak English**** as this position may have occasional interactions with office staff.
