Custodian Wanted for Commercial Cleaning in Oakland compensation: $17.00 Employment type: Part time Shifts: 3 hours on Tuesday & Friday after 5pm. Total: 24 hours a month Responsibilities: Ensure offices are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, wiping down desks, dusting, Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets. Scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks and restock disposables (soap, paper towels, etc.) Report major damages. Secure facilities after operating hours by locking doors, closing windows and setting up the alarm. Occasionally Disinfect and deep clean facilities. Requirements: Must have reliable transportation, Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components Attention to detail Good physical condition and strength Training provided on site Looking to hire ASAP Note, this is a part time position offering 6 hours a week, good for someone who is looking to make a few extra bucks HABLO ESPAÑOL Please email me resume or work experience:
