Hey wellness industry fam! Join us in our meditation space at Mood House for a morning of guided breath work. All levels welcome!
We are excited to invite anyone who works in the wellness industry to join us for a morning of breath work {and a green juice to take home}. We want to say THANK YOU for your hard work and help you practice what you preach – taking care of yourself! We know it's easier said than done.
(Just a few wellness industry examples: medical professionals, fitness instructors, yoga teachers, massage therapists.)
The nitty gritty:
When: Sunday, May 29th @ 8:30a.m.
This class will be 45 minutes long with a short break in the middle.
Where: Mood House (2400 Park Road Suite A, right next to JT Posh). There is ample free parking.
Cost: Complimentary class exclusively for anyone who works in wellness (includes a green juice to take home with you!)
Precautions: Masks are optional for the class.
What should I bring? All seating and props are BYO. For this event, we recommend bringing a yoga mat and, if you've got it, a cushion and/or blanket.
