DAKOTA COUNTY, MN — Progressive Rail, which runs in Eagan and Rosemount, recently received a $609,000 grant from Minnesota Department of Transportation, according to a report by Sun Thisweek. The grant will help the freight rail extend an existing track interchange to accommodate new business, the publication reported.
