During this outdoor experience you will be reminded to pause, be still and Breathe. This guided meditation experience will encourage you to begin (or continue to) Think Well, Eat Well, Sleep Well, Move Well, Rest Well, Breathe Well & Be Well. It’s all about Being a Mindful YOU. Take a moment to rest and reconnect to yourself. Take your mind and heart for an inner workout.
This Pop-Up Meditation is guided by Meditation Instructor Deona Frierson and is open to all people regardless of experience. We welcome everyone.
Please bring your mat, lawn chair or pillow for comfortable seating.
