A moment for women, mother’s, and non binary folks to come together for a time of rest and reset.
Intermission is a safe space dedicated to healing. Each class will consist of various healing methods. Ie: yoga, sound baths, breath work, reiki, journaling, and more.
*Each guest must bring their own yoga mat. We also suggest bundling up and bringing warm socks as the studio can get chilly. (Night class)
How Intermission came to be:
After spending the past *almost two years feeling overwhelmed, lost, and depressed. I am ready to step back into myself. Will you join me?
Becoming a first time mother days before a national pandemic made so many emotions surface, both new and old. I have battled with anxiety and depression since giving birth. Every time I tried to jump out of it my mind found a way to bring me back in. I decided to seek therapy which helped me identify what I was going through. This month and going forward I have decided that I will no longer allow my mind to overpower all of the things that I deserve in this life. I am manifesting a safe space, a clear mind, a healthy body, and a happy life. -not only for myself but for anyone who joins me on this journey.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed with work, a relationship(s), your business, parenthood, or just with life you deserve a break! I hope to see you all very soon. 💕
Please allow ample amount of time for parking as it is scarce directly on Huntington Dr S. We have a parking lot in our building but there are only 10 spaces. We recommend Collis/Harriman Dr which is just a short walk away. We highly suggest ride share/carpooling as well.
We ask that you do not attend if you are experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath, diffucitly breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell.
