An annual county event held in celebration of June 19, 1865 This event dedicated to Juneteenth Heritage Inc.'s yearly celebration of Juneteenth / Freedom Day and the story of freedom that we all celebrate with pride. We will never forget the price others paid for the freedom of African Americans and June 18, 1865 will forever be our Independence Day. Montgomery County's annual Freedom March and Juneteenth Festival is a day of remembrance of our heroes, celebration of our freedom and achievements, and hope for the bright future of our generations to come.
