The Memphis Children's Carnival from 4-7 p.m. June 8, at Shelby Farms Park (Hyde Lake Pavilion), 6931 Silo Rd., will feature games, activities, food, vendors, and Waterford.org and Move This World facilitators offering proven techniques aimed at helping Memphis parents and caregivers help their children with learning at home.
