Knowledge of soft wash method and using chlorine to clean WITHOUT KILLING EVERYTHING. Paver cleaning and sealing a plus! MUST BE ABLE TO GO ON ROOFS. We do up to 4 stories. Your experience will determine your pay. Starting is $18/hr Valid DL will make you more an hour We are very busy and have plenty of work and a huge client list of repeat customers.
