Press release from the City of Champaign: As part of the City's 2022 Concrete Street Improvements Project, the pavement on Fourth Street from Armory Avenue to Daniel Street will be reconstructed. In conjunction with the City's work, Illinois American Water Company will be replacing water main below the pavement on this portion of Fourth Street. A and R Services will be the contractor for both the City of Champaign work and Illinois American Water Company's work, under separate contracts.
