Lucky for Rehome

Description

Unfortunately, I have to rehome my baby Lucky due to financial reasons. Lucky is a one year old Pitbull mix (I have a full DNA test for her, and can provide her results if you’d like to know exactly her mix as well as genetic abnormalities) who is very high energy and sweet. I got her from a state shelter in Oklahoma City, who picked her up as a stray. She had damage to her front left leg and had to get it amputated. She’s spayed, fully vaxxed, and microchipped. Her birthday is 3/17/21 (hence the name Lucky). She’s been through a one week board- and- train program, and comes with an e collar. I can provide you with her notes from her trainers, and full DNA work up. She is name trained, and can sit on command. She sort of knows “lay down” but you have to have treats for that lol. She’s not fully crate trained, but she does sleep in the crate overnight (with the cage door open). She’s mostly house trained, but I work 10+ hour shifts M-F so I’m not there to let her out during the day. She uses potty pads if no one lets her out. I’ve only had her for about three months, but I can no longer afford to keep her. I’m working too much to give her the amount of attention she deserves. She’s so sweet, and needs lots of play. She’s pretty good around my cats (she was kind of scared of them when they first met), but she has only been around them under supervision. Never seen her be aggressive towards anything - she’s great in public. I take her to the pet store sometimes (everyone loves her), and she’s perfectly quiet and curious. Doesn’t even bark at other dogs. I’d say she shouldn’t be around kids 8 and under. She’s sometimes aggressive with play and can bite (play bites). She also jumps on people and can injure a child if not watched. Cons- destroys toys in under a day. Maybe I’m just buying the cheap toys, but she loves stuffed toys and will absolutely destroy it on day one. She also loves squeaky tennis balls (I have four brand new ones that will be sent with her). She’s outside about 4 hours a day right now. My backyard isn’t fully fenced in, so she has a steak and cord she stays on (I think it’s like 30ft?). I can provide her current food, crate, toys, vaccination records, microchip number, etc. Message me for any questions!
