Be a part of our growing team! Renewal by Andersen is looking for well-spoken, energetic individuals to represent the company at various festivals, street fairs, events and stores throughout Portland and the surrounding areas on the weekends. At the events and stores you will engage in a two way conversation with potential customers and our goal is set appointments for our team of project consultants. It's simple, the more appointments you set, the more money you make! This position requires the ability to have conversations with ease, answer objections, and keep a positive attitude. There is travel to and from events with setup items, so reliable transportation is required. Don't worry, we do mileage reimbursement as well! WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE Representing Renewal by Andersen Setting up and attending in-person events, festivals, fairs, and at hardware stores Having conversations with potential customers about their window and door problems Setting appointments with potential customers to meet with one of our project consultants Meeting or exceeding appointment-setting and quality goals within system guidelines Having fun!
