Rosemont Market & Bakery is hiring a full-time morning picker/delivery driver. Entry Wage DOE: $18-$20/hr, based on directly relevant prior experience Our ideal candidates are interested in connecting with Maine's local food scene and visiting with folks at all of our locations. Must enjoy working independently as well as within a team. New hires are trained in care and handling of our warehoused items as well as our vehicles and must have a clean driving record. Warehouse team members will... -Pick orders for our stores from generated order sheets. -Receive, sort, store, and rotate warehoused produce and grocery items. -Pick-up and deliver product to/from our Portland headquarters and 8 retail locations in the Greater Portland Area. -Participate in general company vehicle care and maintenance. Prospective Schedule: 5 days/week: 8am-4pm, Tues-Sat Requirements: -Driver's license and clean driving record -Ability to work independently or as part of a team -Positive and flexible attitude -Interest in local foods and supporting the local food economy -Ability to bend, lift, twist, squat, reach.
