Community solar land lease questions

Description

We have land that a community solar generator was interested in leasing, but the terms were not so good. Mainly the inflation adjuster to the lease was not enough (2% annual increase after first decade). So in 10 years, we're already getting much less than what we started with, and after that 2% is less than historical inflation. And the lease was a small fraction of the profit generated after accounting for panel costs. Basically, the land owner doesn't get much but has to tie down the land for 25 to 35 years. Does anyone know of any community solar companies looking for land with better lease terms?
