Requirements; - Hd Camera it can be a smart phone or DLSR. - Must have means of transportation. - Must be ok with going into distressed properties. - Great communication is a must. - Flexible Schedule is a plus. The ideal person for this job is someone looking to make a few extra dollars in their spare time. Appointments usually take 10-15 mins of time.
