Good Day! We are looking for a honest, trust worthy person who has previous experience as a cleaner/ housekeeper for a short term rental or in the hospitality industry. We typically have 2 cleans/ week, but this is subject to bookings we receive. Check out for our guests is at 11 am and Check-In is 3pm. We prefer the clean to take place as close to the check-out time as possible. Obviously, flexibility is important due to last minute bookings and changes. These regular cleans currently take ~2 hours. The house is 3bdr/ 1bth with a semi-furnished basement. For proper cleans, we are willing to pay $80/ clean. Time to time we will schedule a "deep" clean which will be compensated @ $40/ hour. Usually this is ~4 hours. * Clean house, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming. * Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed. * Perform laundry services for towels and linens. Guests typically start a the first load and the rest just needs finished. * Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed * Dispose of trash and recyclables. *Advise of supply shortages (soap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc) for us to order and restock Lastly, we do have random tasks that we need done pretty often that we will compensate as well. For example, we are out of welcome chocolates and need someone to run and pick them up (we live out of state). Audit the house for anything missing or broken (kitchen dishes, pillows, blankets, chairs) so that we know to replace it.
