Please read the entire posting for instructions on how to apply. Regan Roofing, Inc. is looking for Roofers to work with our installation crews. Do you work with a whole crew? We would be happy to discuss bringing on the entire crew. Responsibilities: • Working on low-slope and/or steep-slope roofs. • Covering roofs of structures with Asphalt Shingles, Tile, Torch Down, TPO and PVC. • Installing vapor barriers and insulation on the roof decks of flat roofs. • Install different types of roofing systems such as: Tile, Shingles, Torch Down, TPO, PVC • Cutting felt, shingles, and flashing. • Removing debris from roofs prior to applying roofing materials. • High standard of integrity and professionalism. • Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety regulations. • Maintain professional interaction with all customers. • Will perform other tasks assigned by management. • Follow all safety procedures as per company policies. Qualifications: • 1-5 years of roofing experience preferred, but will train highly-motivated candidates. • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing, kneeling. • Must be able to climb a 24' ladder. • Must be able to work in extreme heat. • Must work well in a team environment. • Have all necessary personal tools. Must have: • Transportation and tools for the position. • The ability to pass a drug screening and background check. • Strong Work Ethic. Reliable and show up to work every day.
