In need of a full time qualified pool technician

Looking for a professional pool technician with prior experience (this is preferred). Applicant must have their own basic hand tools and reliable work truck. Along with a valid California DL applicant must show proof of car insurance. At Fowlers, we provide a total of 3 weeks paid vacation on set weeks of the year. 6 months of your hard work and loyalty will guarantee this vacation paid. We are not looking to fill this spot with someone who does not take their work seriously! You will be working amongst technicians who have been in the business and working for Fowlers Pool Service for over 30 years. This industry can be very rewarding, you have to want to be better every day you come into work. A pay increase will be granted after 90 days of work. You must be capable to perform the everyday duties of a pool tech including, but not limited to checking and balancing pool water chemistry, brushing/netting surfaces, giving professional advice to clients, troubleshooting equipment of all types, performing the occasional filter teardown and clean, backwashing, etc. This is as you may know a physically demanding job, you must be able to lift at least 75 lbs. You should be as flexible as we need you to be, this open position is for a full time Monday-Friday technician. We do not work on weekends unless it is absolutely necessary. To start you will average 6-8 pools per day, we start work at 8:30 am everyday, no sooner, no later. The average amount of pools you have per day can vary. If you are currently licensed, even better!
