Young male cat in need of loving home

I have a young male cat (estimated 8-12 months old) that started living in my garage a month ago. I have since been caring for him, however I do not feel like I have the capacity to take on any more animals right now and my other cats are NOT a fan of him. I have worked with greenhill to have him neutered as part of their trap and release program, and he was also vaccinated and given an exam and flea treatment. Unfortunately because I'm in Springfield, Greenhill won't take him to put up for adoption. I have tried to find his previous home, posting flyers and every website I can think of (Greenhill, nextdoor, facebook, here on craigslist, etc) with no luck, so now he's ready for a loving home. About him: * 8.5 lbs * now neutered and vaccinated * VERY sweet and loving, a real lap / cuddle kitty when he's in the mood * young, so he can be playful and occasionally try to grab onto your arm, but is easily redirected with toys (loves kicker toys) * litter box trained * happy inside, but also seems to want to spend time outside (can get pretty vocal if he wants out) * perfectly fine around other cats and my small dog, although he will try to force his way into other animals food bowls A few pictures of him are attached. Although I can't keep him, I've grown attached to him over the past month and want to make sure he goes to a great home. If you are interested please describe your living situation and what you're looking for. While I don't really care about the money, I will ask for a $40 rehoming fee (half of greenhill) to make sure you are serious. Like I said I've come to like this little guy and want to make sure he goes somewhere good.
