Pacific Construction Solutions is looking to add new team members. PCS is searching for a solid person who is self-motivated. This person can perform all aspects of the painting project, and lead a team of painters. Someone who understands plan layout, task organization, and the aesthetic design would do well. A sense of urgency and readiness to complete the task on time and close a job is fundamental to the job. Being good with customers, vendors, staff, and trade relations is helpful. Project planning, being budget-minded, and forward-thinking are also favorable traits. The right person can do all phases of painting from scheduling to finish. This person will also be responsible for some paperwork, and job cost tracking. Requirements: Resume with references 4+ years experience Cell phone with internet access A clean driving record Personal hand tools Professional attitude and punctuality Preference given to candidates that are bilingual, have past experience in running a crew, or are Lead Based Paint Removal Certified.
