Richardson Properties is seeking a full time housekeeper for our apartment community in Little Rock. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the facility and its surroundings by cleaning, disinfecting and performing routine procedures that ensures a clean, odor free, and safe environment for our residents, staff and guests.

DUTIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1.Keep the leasing office clean and orderly at all times.
2.Clean / touch up the models on a daily basis. Clean make-readies on a daily basis.
3.Clean fitness center, mail center, common areas, etc., on a daily basis.
4.Follow all safety programs implemented by Richardson Properties and according to policy.
5.Perform any and all duties called upon by supervisors to ensure that property operates in an efficient and economic manner.
6.Walk the property and report any liability problems immediately
7.Represent property and Hanover professionally through dress and behavior.
Qualifications:
* Must have a high school diploma or GED
* Must have a minimum of two years housekeeping or janitorial experience
* Must have flexibility with schedule and be available to work days, evening, and weekends
*Must have good organization skills, detail oriented, dependable and trustworthy.
