We are a local, Baltimore-based general contractor looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager/Materials Coordinator to join our team!
This position lends support to both the Project Management team and the teams on site and in the field. Potential candidates must expect a substantial amount of driving and heavy lifting. For the individual looking to grow with a company, this position is possibly set to grow into upper management with upper level compensation.
Requirements:
-Must possess a clean driving record
-Undergo background check and drug testing to safely operate company vehicles
-Ability to lift heavy construction materials
-Team Player
-Written communication skills
-Minimum of 2+ years in the Construction industry
Expectations:
-Communicate in a clear manner when coordinating with multiple team members and job sites
-Assist Project Management team with the daily order pick ups/deliveries to multiple job sites
-Submit all proofs of purchases/invoices/receipts to Office Manager for bookkeeping
-Operate multiple company vehicles safely
-Arrive to work on time, and to each point of transport throughout the work day
-Utilize apps/software for productivity and tracking (BuilderTrend, Evernote, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.)
-Clean and tidy appearance
-Willingness to learn on the fly
*Bilingual/Spanish-speaking is a major plus!
