I need someone to edge and mow and blow three (3) vacant lots in the Northwing neighborhood. Total area is 1.7 acres. This is a fixed price job for someone who is motivated and can get job done by Tuesday, May 31, 2022. Payment will be $400 once job is completed. Scope of Work: 1) Edging - area with curb or sidewalk frontage will be edged using a edger or string trimmer. Edging will also be performed around power boxes, trees, and other appurtenances so that no grass or vegetation will remain that is taller than adjacent mowed areas. 2) Mowing - areas shown in photographs will be be mowed to a height no taller that three (3) inches. Clippings may be left onsite (total of 1.7 acres) 3) Cleanup - No debris will be left on street or sidewalks following edging and mowing. Broom, leaf blower or equivalent will be used to remove clippings from paved areas including sidewalk and streets. Debris may be blown back into vacant lots. 4) Approved Working Hours - Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m. ~ 6:30 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m.~ 6 p.m. 5) Notice to proceed - Once it is clear you understand the job, you will be given notice to proceed and this listing will be removed.
