Handyman needed to fix up old house

Experienced handyman needed to do numerous misc. carpentry jobs required in fixing up an old house and barn over the summer. The work isn't going anywhere so you can set your schedule and work nearly any time during the week and/or on weekends if this works for you. Work to begin immediately and the pay rate is $20 per hour. If you have other construction skills/experience like concrete block/masonry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, concrete forming/finishing work, etc., please tell me about those too.
