Vegas Valley Properties is looking for Maintenance Technician who is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. The applicant should have an understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, sheetrock/texturing, appliances, carpentry, and more. Experience Requirements: Experience in Apartment turnover, maintenance, and repairs a MUST Strong communication skills Ability to multi task Ability to work well with managers and other team members Job Requirements: Must have a Valid Drivers License and a Reliable Truck/Van/SUV Prepare units for new tenants in a timely manner Working knowledge or willingness to learn all basic apartment maintenance, including but not limited to: Plumbing, Electrical, Carpet cleaning and repair, drywall repair, painting, general carpentry, glass repair, small appliance troubleshooting and repair, HVAC troubleshooting and repair, grounds maintenance/landscaping, perform manual repairs such as locks, replace windows etc., as well as concrete and tile repair. Perform daily work orders in a timely manner (within 24 hours) Survey buildings and repair any and all health and safety issue Professional and Respectful Communication with Tenants Reliable Transportation. Valid Driver’s License and Insurance Tools to perform the job requirements Able to follow established guidelines and operate without direct supervision Being on-call for weekend emergencies, if needed Bi-Lingual is a PLUS Professional Appearance Company Benefits: $20.00 - $24.00 an hour depending on experience Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20-24 /hour Email Resume.
