Need someone to take down and rebuild fence

I'm remodeling my moms house... One fence is in bad shape... I have all the 2X4 and will buy the needed fence pickets. I need a guy to remove the existing pickets and 2X4 hang new 2X4 repair /replace posts as needed reinstall fence pickets. Would be great if you have a nail gun and compressor. I have a impact hammer and can provide screws but a nail gun would make the job much easier. I'll pay someone w a compressor and nail gun (or gun that doesn't require a compressor) $20/hr. Otherwise I would pay $15/hr as it will take longer without a nail gun. I will be here and will make sure you have everything you need and know what needs to be done but I'm working inside so it will be just you on the fence. if someone has a helper they want to bring I can pay helper wage depending on how they work 10or15per hr. If you have a paint sprayer that would also be a bonus because I think it would be much better painted... Please text me. only local real people. I don't have time for craigslist scam bs so shoot me a text if you can do what I need and can do it this week. could start today... I'll supply everything (except compressor nail gun and paint sprayer) to make that part simpler I have both worked and posted a lot of gigs. If you don't show up or your too high to work or drunk or maybe just slow and lazy I'll pay you for time worked and ask you to leave.
