As a part-time Ground’s Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior buildings and grounds at multi-family and commercial properties. Your meticulous upkeep of the grounds, common areas and amenities will enhance and maintain the property’s curb appeal. We’re looking for a go-getter who can take initiative! Here’s what your typical day may look like: • Cleaning the exterior of buildings and grounds • Maintaining grounds to include repairing drip systems, trash and leaf collection, trimming, blowing, pressure washing, and any other general cleaning needed • Assisting maintenance team with work orders, unloading and storing supplies as needed • Assisting with apartment make-ready duties including trash outs, cleaning and painting • Assisting in cleaning interior spaces when needed, stocking bathrooms, and emptying trash/recycling in designated areas • Applying snow melt and snow/ice removal Rembe Properties Culture Commitments • Our team is devoted to a culture of inclusion, diversity, and equality in the workplace and our communities. • The core of Rembe Properties culture involves everyone being fully invested in everything that we do down to picking up the smallest piece of trash. Background and experience needed to excel in this role should include: • Three to six months related experience and/or training • The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. • Knowledge of general labor, housekeeping, and cleaning tasks • Knowledge of drip systems and irrigation timers • Knowledge and ability to use hand, power tools and landscaping tools. • The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • The ability to understand and carry out written or verbal multi-step instructions • You may be required to participate in On-Call rotation in this position • Vehicle, Driver’s license, Auto Insurance Rembe Properties is now hiring, and we’re committed to creating rewarding careers for our team members from day one!
