YBC is looking for a Location Manager to oversee our rental and dock facilities and operations at our location on Leech Lake located in Walker, MN at our Partner business locations: Chase on the Lake & Bluewater Lodge. Duties Include: Providing excellent customer service to enable our customers to enjoy the best boating experience in the area. Day-to-day operations include engaging with customers (members & rentals) to provide a 5-star experience: Dock and transient slips maintenance Staffing, training, and scheduling of associate dock hands. Responsibilities may include: Leading a team of employees in excellent customer service Adhere to and enforce safety regulations, rules, and boating/water regulations Keep boats clean and maintained according to company standards Assist Members and Renters throughout the boating experience to include helping in/out of boat and loading and unloading of the vessel. Rental and Member check in/out process to include the gassing and checking for damages Help work with corporate to drive and grow Rentals and Memberships at Location. Skills and Qualifications Desired: 5 years Boating and/Or Marina Management 5 Years Staff Management including hiring and training Knowledge of the area Excellent Customer Service Skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage slow time duties. *This is a Seasonal, Full-time position. The Season Generally goes from Mid April through Mid October. Pay based on Experience.
