The Wall Doctor, Inc., located in Bellevue, is looking for a drywall / plaster patch specialist and or skilled paint professional to join our team. We are looking for someone to assist in the restoration and renovation in the Puget Sound area, of single-family homes, multi-family homes, condominiums and small commercial spaces by applying/repairing plasterboard or other wallboard to ceilings and interior walls of buildings and or applying interior paint. General: • Able to read specs/instructions to determine method of installation, work procedures, material & tool requirements • Clear communication with the customer & home office • Represents the company professional appearance (shirts provided) • Attention to detail & excellent organizational skills • Works well independently & with a team • Maintains equipment & tools • Accurately completes timecards and paperwork • Strictly follow company safety rules and procedures • Preps the jobsite using protective materials & leaves the jobsite clean • 5 years’ plus experience preferred Drywall Installer/Repair Skills Required: • Prep surfaces: remove plaster, drywall or paneling, clean edges • Installation: cut drywall/sheetrock to spec & fasten, install insulation • Apply mud, sand, tape, and texture (ability to match and blend to existing is a must) Interior Painter Skills Required: • Prep surfaces: clean, fill in cracks/holes, texture (ability to match and blend to existing is a must) • Achieve desired paint color & apply paint, by spray, brush & roll, according to the requirements Excellent benefits package: *Paid sick leave *Medical, Life, Dental, and Vision Available *Holiday Pay *Company vehicle supplied after probation period Requirements for the position: • Personal working tools • Lift 50+ pounds & be capable of standing for long periods of time • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Pass Background Check • Has reliable transportation • 18 years or older If interested, please reply with your full name, phone number, e-mail, your qualifications/skills and when you can start.
