2 year old sealpoint siamese in need of a home

I have a very timid 2 year old male sealpoint siamese in need of rehoming. He is very shy, he hides alot, but he is very very vocal with his human. Unfortunately my children are high energy, and Kobe needs a much quiter space. Preferably no dogs and no small children. He gets along well with my other 2 cats, so other cats should not be an issue. He has a lovely personality, but I feel like he won't be himself until he's completely comfortable. He needs a lot of 1 on 1 attention. He has no shots, and is not neutered. I was going through the snip program to have all of that done. There will be a small rehoming fee, which is only a tiny fraction of what i paid for him. Serious inquiries only, pictures upon request.
